Dr. Hung Doan was born in Vietnam but raised in Louisiana from the age of 6. He completed his undergraduate studies at Xavier University of Louisiana with a B.S in biology. He went on to pursue his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life University in Marietta, GA. While at Life University, he attained valuable experience and knowledge and developed his skill set as an intern through several student clinics, outreach clinics, and chiropractic offices.

Soon after becoming board certified, he joined Medical Rehab Accident Injury Center of Metairie as an associate physician in 2016. He opened his own practice, Better Back Chiropractic, in Harvey, LA in 2017 and transitioned to Westbank Medical Rehab Accident Injury Center in 2018. Dr. Doan comes to work motivated each day with a positive attitude to treat and educate patients in order to help them recover from their injuries. He finds it very rewarding caring for those in need. When he’s not in the office, he enjoys swimming, playing tennis, cooking, and spending time with his family, friends, and 3 very adorable dogs.
